NOISE LEVELS

We understand that some of our attendees may need lower noise/stimulation levels. Unfortunately, due to the nature of this event, we cannot accommodate low noise/low stimulus visitations.

SERVICE ANIMALS

Service animals are always welcomed! There's nothing more we'd love to do than cuddle your fur babies, but we ask that other non-service pets stay at home.

WILL PERSONAL SUPPORT WORKERS BE AVAILABLE?

Although there are some amazing companies on-site that provide PSW and nursing services, due to our insurance, the Adaptive Living Expo and their exhibitors cannot provide direct care.

WHERE ARE THE PRESENTATIONS TAKING PLACE?

All presentations will be on the main stage - just to the right when you enter the halls A & B. There will be lots of seating and room for mobility equipment. Please don't hesitate to ask a volunteer for accommodations if needed! You can also download the schedule of great presentations here!

Please remember that the expo organizers are only humans too! If you see something we've missed or would like to make a suggestion, please reach out. We're doing our best!
